Ankode is a software practice based in Delhi NCR. It builds the websites, internal tools and automations that small teams depend on — and builds them to survive contact with the real world.
01 Position
Defending software came first
Most teams learn security after something goes wrong. Ankode started on the other side of that.
The practice grew out of years inside banking security operations — running SIEM, chasing vulnerabilities, and watching how systems actually fail when somebody leans on them deliberately. That sets the default: everything ships hardened, because shipping it any other way was never an option.
Engagements stay deliberately small in number. Clients work directly with the person delivering the project — no account layer, no handoff to someone junior once the contract is signed.

Ankush Kuchhal
Founder & Principal Engineer
Ankush leads delivery at Ankode. He holds an MSc in Cyber Security and spent the early part of his career in banking security operations, running SIEM and vulnerability management inside a regulated environment.
He now leads programs and internal tooling at an edtech company — work that shapes how Ankode runs engagements: clear scope, honest sequencing, and the discipline to finish rather than to demo.
